A Message From The President
Dearly Beloved in the Lord,
We are living in a generation where God is doing a new thing. For years many have cried out to God for change. Now God is raising up leaders through Victory Bible College who will be change agents for this generation and even for the generations to come.
In a time and season when information is in abundance, so many people have heard about the Lord and the message of the Word of God, but they are looking for more than preaching. They are looking for godly leaders who are living a life that is a testimony – one that not only demonstrates the power of God but also models the character of Christ. Instead of just reading the 66 books of the Bible, I believe the world is looking to see the 67th book of the Bible which is the testimony of our lives.
The Lord has called us to be His disciples, that is, to imitate Him in our words, in our actions and in our character. Many people will never believe the gospel and escape hell if they do not see us as His laborers living like Jesus.
At Victory Bible College students are being trained to impact our nation and bring transformation to our society. Not only are they receiving life-changing revelation from the Word of God through anointed instruction, but they are also witnessing the power and character of the Lord being modeled in the lives of the instructors.
12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, Titus 2:12-13 (NKJV)

Pastor Hanfere Aligaz of International Ethiopian Evangelical Church in Washington, DC (USA) has partnered with International Victory Bible Institute and Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, OK (USA) to establish Victory Bible College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with extension schools in Dire Dawa and Jimma.
The Lord has called Pastor Hanfere to raise up a place where men and women could come and receive revelation from the Word of God that will change their lives and help establish or strengthen their ministries. Victory Bible College is known as a place where you can learn to walk by faith, experience the power of God and apply the Word of God to your life and ministry.
